Activity Code Mappings

The tables below shows a summary of how certain inventory history codes from WMS Cloud are mapped to Merchandising. In some cases, activity codes are only conditionally updating Merchandising, based on various factors in processing in WMS Cloud.

Note: For all mappings below, in cases where more than one purchase order number is present in an activity code record (comma delimited list) from WMS and it is to be used in processing in the integration with Merchandising, the first purchase order number listed in the record will be used.

Activity Code 29 - Create Allocatable Container
	Adj Qty	No	No	When this type of activity code is recorded and includes the order number in the record, it will be used to decrease the distro quantity on a transfer/allocation only in Merchandising; there is no impact to reserved inventory. If a customer order, Order Broker will move the order line back to Accepted status based on this status update. If no order number is in the record, it will be mapped as an inventory adjustment (see below).
Activity Code 30 - Create Unallocatable Container
	Adj Qty	No	No	When this type of activity code is recorded and includes the order number in the record, it will be used to decrease the distro quantity on a transfer/allocation only in Merchandising; there is no impact to reserved inventory. If a customer order, Order Broker will move the order line back to Accepted status based on this status update.
