32535 - TPD RAID disk resync

- Description:
- This alarm indicates that the RAID logical volume
is currently resyncing after a failed/replaced drive, or some other change in
the configuration. The output of the message will include the disk that is
resyncing. This alarm should eventually clear once the resync of the disk is
completed. The time it takes for this is dependent on the size of the disk and
the amount of activity on the system (rebuild of 600G disks without any load
takes about 75min).
