Application Routing might be misconfigured and is
sending too much traffic to the Diameter Application. Verify the configuration
by selecting
Diameter > Configuration > Application
Route Tables in the SO GUI.
There may be an insufficient number of MPs
configured to handle the network load. Monitor the ingress traffic rate of each
MP by selecting
Main
Menu > Status &
Manage > KPIs. If
MPs are in a congestion state, then the offered load to the server site is
exceeding its capacity.
