- Description
- The number of seconds during the reporting interval during which the association was in the Blocked administrative state but was not in ASP-DOWN state. When the association is Blocked, the desired protocol state is ASP-DOWN. This measurement indicates the amount of time during the reporting interval for which the association was not in the desired protocol state.

- The value of this measurement should be zero. A non-zero value indicates that the association was set to the Blocked administrative state, but was not able to reach the desired protocol state due to some problem. You can view the Association status from the GUI main menu under .
- Verify the Adjacent server that represents the far-end of the association is configured with the correct IP address. You can check the configuration from the GUI main menu under .
- Verify he remote port configured for the association correctly identifies the port that the SG is listening on for SCTP connections. You can check the configuration from the GUI main menu under .
- Verify the IP network connectivity between the MP server and the SG.
- If the SG must be configured to connect to the MP server’s IP address and port, verify that the SG configuration matches the association configuration. You can check the configuration from the GUI main menu under .
