Recovery:
- Determine whether the cause of the event is one of the following:
- Failures/restarts of an AS when a subscription was active (and thus an unsubscribe request was not sent)
- Multiple subscribe requests from the same AS but with different user identities (IMSI, MSISDN, NAI etc.)
- If these cases are valid, it may be possible to increase the maximum number of subscriptions allowed. It is recommended to contact My Oracle Support for assistance if needed.
