Modify the Migrate Project Data from P6 to Primavera Cloud Business Flow

Use the Migrate Project Data from P6 to Primavera Cloud business flow to migrate data from P6 to Primavera Cloud automatically, without the need to run the P6 import process manually. You can run this business flow at the workspace level to synchronize project data for multiple projects at once, or you can run it directly at the project level to synchronize project data for a specific project. You can also modify the flow to specify how you want to import the baselines.

To modify the Migrate Project Data from P6 to Primavera Cloud Business Flow:

  1. In the object selector, select Global Admin.
  2. In the sidebar, select Integrations.
  3. In the P6 EPPM tile, select Integrate.
  4. Select the Connect tab, and then select a P6 EPPM connection.
  5. Expand the Project business flow section, and then select the Migrate Project Data from P6 to Primavera Cloud business flow.
  6. On the Parameters tab, in the Source Parameters section, select how you want to import the baselines:
    • No Baseline: No baseline will be imported.
    • Baseline Names: Only the baseline names you specify will be imported. Enter the baseline names in the Baseline Names field.
    • Project Baseline: Only the project baseline will be imported.
    • All Baselines: All baselines will be imported.
  7. Select Save, and then select Close.

    Note: Use the workspace or project-level Integration app to run a synchronization job to transfer the data contained in the business flows. For more information, see Run a Project Business Flow from a Project or Run a Global or Project Business Flow from a Workspace.
