View User Last Login Details

Modify display settings on the Users page or Companies page to see which users are accessing Primavera Cloud, how they're accessing the application, and how often they're logging in. Users can access Primavera Cloud using the Data Service API, the mobile application, REST API, or the web. Any of these methods can be added as columns on the page to show each possible log in type. Alternatively, you can add the Last Access Date and the Last Mode of Access columns to keep the number of page columns limited and information more focused.

To view last login details on the Companies or Users page:

  1. From the Main Menu, select Global Admin.
  2. Select Companies or Users from the list.
  3. Select Settings, and then select the Columns tab in the Settings panel.
  4. In the Available Columns section, select from the following column options:
    • Last Access Date: Displays the last date and time the user accessed the application by any method.
    • Last Data Service API Access: Displays the last date and time the user accessed the application using Primavera Cloud Data Service (PCDS).
    • Last Mobile Login: Displays the last date and time that the user accessed the mobile application.
    • Last REST API Access: Displays the last date and time the user accessed the application using REST API.
    • Last Web Login: Displays the last date and time that the user logged in to the application using the web.
    • Last Mode of Access: Displays the last mode or method by which the user accessed the application.
  5. Select Add Column to Selected Columns to add them to the Selected Columns section.
  6. Position the columns in the Selected Columns section by:
    • Using the up and down arrows to change the positioning of the columns.
    • Dragging columns between the pinned and unpinned sections or by dragging the Pinned Columns Above slider up or down. Pinned columns are displayed in a section at the beginning of the table and will not move when the rest of the table is scrolled horizontally.
  7. Select Apply.
