Update the Owning Workspace of a Location

Dictionary Configuration > Locations Overview

Update the owning workspace of a location to move it to another workspace that you are assigned. If you move the location to a workspace that is higher in the workspace hierarchy, it will be available to more workspaces.

To update the owning workspace of a location:

1. Navigate to the Locations dictionary page
   1. In the object selector, select Workspace.
   2. In the object selector, beside a workspace name, select , and then select View Summary & Settings.
   3. On the Summary & Settings page, select Dictionaries, and then select Locations.
2. In the table, select a location row.
3. Select the Context menu, and then select Change Owning Workspace.
4. In the Select Workspace dialog box, select the new owning workspace, and select Select.
5. Select Save.
