001003271: The Minimum Duration field does not exist in the payload. It is needed when the Distribution Shape is Triangle, BetaPert or Uniform.

Cause: An attempt was made to apply activity uncertainty without a Minimum Duration field value in the payload when the Distribution Shape has been set to Triangle, BetaPert or Uniform.

Resolution: Provide a Minimum Duration field value in the payload.
