001003289: Some of the timesheets could not be approved. Resource assignments could not be automatically created for one or more projects in those timesheets.

Cause: An attempt was made to create resource assignments for activities in a project without the required privileges.

Resolution: Enable the project level setting to 'Allow users to assign themselves to activities' or assign the user's resource to activities on the Activities page and try again.
