001006008: Unable to Complete P6 XML Project Import. The Project IDs in the ProjectList do not match the IDs of the project references in the XML

Cause: An attempt was made to import the XML with Project IDs in the ProjectList that do not match the IDs of the projects referenced in the XML.

Resolution: Only use Projects IDs in the ProjectList that are used inside the Project tag in the XML.
