002007014: You cannot approve a scenario when one or more scenarios are Under Review.

Cause: An attempt was made to approve a scenario, but the portfolio already has other scenarios that are Under Review.

Resolution: Change the Under Review scenarios back to In Planning so the other scenario can be approved.
