Cause: The Spend Start date that was entered occurs after the Spend End date.

Resolution: Do one of the following: <ul><li>Enter a Spend Start date that occurs before the Spend End date. </li><li>Move the Spend End date so that it occurs after the Spend Start date.</li></ul>
