Cause: An attempt was made to use a Cost Code and Cost Category combination more than one time in a budget transfer request.

Resolution: Enter all changes in a single transfer item. If there are remaining costs to distribute, select the <b>Actions</b> menu and select <b>Add Destination</b>.
