003018019: A Cost Code and Cost Category combination can only be used once in a transfer.

Cause: An attempt was made to use a Cost Code and Cost Category combination more than one time in a budget transfer request.

Resolution: Enter all changes in a single transfer item. If there are remaining costs to distribute, select the Actions menu and select Add Destination.
