Cause: An attempt was made to delete or remove the current version of a form that is referenced in an action.
Resolution: The form reference must be removed from all actions before deletion. To check which workspaces are currently using this form, select the Context menu and then select Used By.
For navigation to actions for object types Idea, Project, Portfolio, and Program go to Workspace - Summary and Settings - Defaults and Options - the object type - Forms.
For object type Risk go to Project - Summary and Settings - Settings - Forms.
