004002022: The current version of workflow {0} cannot be deleted or removed because it is referenced in an action. Remove the configuration from action mapping in this workspace and its descendants and retry delete. For detailed resolution steps click on the error code below.
Cause: An attempt was made to delete or remove the current version of a workflow that is referenced in an action.
Resolution: The configuration reference must be removed from all actions before deletion. To check which workspaces are currently using this configuration, select the Context menu and then select Used By.
For navigation to actions for object types Budget, Budget Changes, Budget Transfers, Idea, Project, and Risk go to Workspace - Summary and Settings - Defaults and Options - the object type - Workflows.
For object type Portfolio go to Portfolio - Summary and Settings - Workflows. Check all listed planning years from the top drop down to ensure a thorough mapping check.
