006006045: You cannot create a new leaf CBS code. Parent code has costs assigned in a child workspace or project.

Cause: An attempt was made to create a new leaf level code for a copied parent code that has costs already assigned to it.

Resolution: Remove costs assigned to the parent code and try again.
