Cause: An attempt was made to set an evaluation matrix assigned to a workflow or form to Inactive status.
Resolution: Review the workflows and forms within this workspace and its descendant workspaces to determine where the evaluation matrix is currently referenced. If the evaluation matrix cannot be removed from the workflow or form, the action can not be saved.
