Cause: An attempt was made to change the quantity of a scope assignment through withdrawal of an approved work package change request, but the sum of all values for Change Quantity will cause Remaining Quantity for the scope assignment to be less than zero.
Resolution: Adjust scope assignment values so that the sum of all values for Change Quantity causes Remaining Quantity to be greater than or equal to zero when withdrawing the work package change request.
