Cause: The relationships between some activities being scheduled have created a loop. For example, the finish of activity A is linked to the start of activity B, and the finish of activity B is linked to the start of activity A. This creates a loop as A cannot start before B and B cannot start before A.

Resolution: Change the relationships between activities to remove the loop.
