009015013: Cannot delete milestone or change milestone type.

Cause: An attempt was made to delete a milestone or change a milestone type that is used as a Finish milestone in a pull plan.

Resolution: If the milestone is in a pull plan with the status of In Planning or Approved, edit the pull plan to use a different Finish milestone, and then try to delete the milestone or change milestone type.
