Authentication: How Users Sign On

Authentication refers to the way users sign on. Administrators can—and should—implement Single Sign-On (SSO). SSO reduces the number of passwords users have to remember. It can also be used to enable multi-factor login, which is when users are asked to provide some verification in addition to their passwords, like a code that they receive via text or email.

Your Oracle Primavera Cloud account comes with an identity domain, and you can configure additional authentication settings for the mobile and API apps.

The topic Configure Authentication Settings in the Primavera Cloud Application Administration Guide explains the procedure to change authentication settings. The topic Configure Authentication Timeout Settings explains the procedures to change the mobile and API timeout settings.

Visit the documentation for your identity domain for more information.
