Troubleshooting

If you experience difficulty in connecting to and using the Oracle Primavera Cloud Data Service, check the following items:

  • The URL that you are using is correct.
  • The application is running.
  • The Allow Data Service Access setting is enabled in the Oracle Primavera Cloud application. See Configure Data Service Access.
  • The user is assigned the application administrator privilege.
  • The HTTP request body JSON is valid and properly formatted.
  • The HTTP request content-type is 'application/json'.
