Troubleshooting
If you experience difficulty in connecting to and using the Oracle Primavera Cloud Data Service, check the following items:
- The URL that you are using is correct.
- The application is running.
- The Allow Data Service Access setting is enabled in the Oracle Primavera Cloud application. See Configure Data Service Access.
- The user is assigned the application administrator privilege.
- The HTTP request body JSON is valid and properly formatted.
- The HTTP request content-type is 'application/json'.
