Authentication

You can authenticate using either Basic Authentication or OAuth, depending on the Oracle Cloud environment in which your application is deployed.

If your Primavera Cloud instance is deployed on the Oracle US Defense Cloud (OC3), then you will use OAuth 2.0 to authenticate using Oracle Construction and Engineering Lobby (or "Lobby" for short).
