Reject an Idea

Reject ideas to prevent further development and indicate they are not worth pursuing.

To reject an idea:

In the object selector, select an idea.
In the sidebar, select  Home.
Select the Action  menu, and then select Reject.
(Optional) In the Reject dialog box, complete the following fields:
- Reason: A justification for rejecting the idea.
- Notify Users: One or more users to notify upon idea rejection.
- Comment: A short description or note that will be sent to notified users.
Select Reject.
Note: The status of the idea is automatically changed to Rejected upon rejection.

Tips

You can also reject an idea using the  Context menu on the Idea List page.
