Complete a Workflow Action

Complete idea workflow actions assigned to you directly from the Idea List page. The Actions column displays the total number of available workflow actions associated with ideas and provides access to current workflow actions pending completion.

To complete an idea workflow action:

  1. In the object selector, select Ideas, and then select View All Ideas.
  2. In the table, in the Actions column, select an idea workflow action.
  3. Follow the workflow's step instructions to complete the workflow action.

    Note: You must be assigned as the performer of the workflow action in order to complete it.
