Validate and Publish the Workflow Design

In order to configure a workflow for use, it must be free of errors. Validate the workflow design and correct any errors to publish it.
To validate and publish the workflow design:
- In the Workflow Design Editor, select Validate.
The Validation Errors and Warnings dialog box should list no warnings or errors.
- In the Validation Errors and Warnings dialog box, select Close.
- In the Workflow Design Editor, select Publish.
The Create Proposal from Idea workflow is now ready to be configured for use.
