Additional Idea Actions

Ideas have features that all users can use to add context to and keep track of an idea.

Users with the correct permissions can assign a code and user access to an idea, or add files.

The idea creator, routers, and owners can use the Related Items app to link an idea to similar ideas. After an idea owner has promoted an idea to a project proposal, the idea owner can then link the project proposal to the idea.
