Create a Project Proposal from an Approved Idea
After an idea has been approved, if you are using the default workflow, you can create a project proposal directly from the approved idea.
Note: Project proposals cannot be created in Primavera Cloud unless an approve project proposal workflow has been set. To set a project proposal workflow, see Configure the Approve Project Proposal Workflow Action.
To create a project proposal:
- In the object selector, select an idea.
- In the sidebar, select Home.
- Select the Action menu, and then select Create Project Proposal.
- Complete the form.
Tips
- As idea owner, you can also create a project proposal at the same time that you approve an idea. To do this, select the Action menu, and then select Accept and Create Project Proposal.
- You can also do this from the Idea List page. Select the Context menu, and then select Create Project Proposal.
