Project and Portfolio Evaluation Overview
Project evaluation scores are used to prioritize and select the right projects or proposals for the organization to pursue based on quantitative data. An Evaluation Matrix is used for defining project evaluation categories based off of organizational business drivers for which projects are ranked against.
Use the Prioritization Matrix to view evaluations scores for all projects within the portfolio. Use the project evaluation scores to prioritize and select the right projects or proposals for the organization to pursue based on quantitative data. Before you can view your portfolio's prioritization matrix, you must create evaluation categories and rank your projects or programs against them.
An Investor Map is also available, enabling you to analyze project performance using a customizable bubble chart.
