Portfolio Budget Plan Scenario Status Reference

Plan > Build a Portfolio Budget Plan > Budget Plan Approval Process Overview

The status that displays for each scenario is automatically assigned during difference phases of the selection process.

• In Planning: Default for all new scenarios.
• Under Review: Set when the scenario is sent for review.
• Proposed: Set when the scenario proposal is shared.
• Under Approval: Set when the scenario is sent for approval.
• Approved: Set when the scenario is approved. An approved scenario becomes the approved portfolio budget plan.
• Retired: Only set when a scenario was approved in the past and another scenario is approved after it.
