Add a Library Risk to the Project Risk Register
Add risks from the Risk Library to the project risk register. The same library risk can be added multiple times. Adding a library risk to a project risk register creates an editable copy you can customize for the project.
To add a library risk to the project risk register:
- In the object selector, select
Project, select View Projects List, and then select a project name. - From the
Main Menu, select
Risk, and then select Risk Register. - Select Actions
and then select Add from Risk Library... or select Add from Risk Library... on the toolbar.Note Library risks must have a status of Open to be available to the project risk register.
- In the Add from Risk Library panel, select the risks to include in the project risk register.
- Use Search to quickly find library risks.
- Select Show All to view all library risks or Show Selected to display the library risks currently selected for the project risk register.
- (Optional) To add a selected library risk multiple times, select the
Context menu of the risk and then select Add again.
- Select Save, and then select
Close.
Tip
- To view the linked library risk ID on the Risk Register page, use
Settings to expose the Linked Library Risk ID field as a column. - The library risk brings its response actions with it into the project risk register.
- To automatically create and add a copy of a library risk to each new project, use
Settings on the Risk Library page to expose the Project Sharing column. Then, set Project Sharing to New Project. The default value is Manual.
