Propose a Project Risk for the Risk Library

Propose existing risks from the project Risk Register for inclusion in the workspace Risk Library.

You must have Library Risk Propose permission and Project Risk permissions to propose a project risk for the library.

To propose a project risk for the Risk Library:

  1. In the object selector, select Project, select View Projects List, and then select a project name.
  2. From the Main Menu, select Risk, and then select Risk Register.
  3. Select Actions and then select Add to Risk Library... or select Add to Risk Library... on the toolbar.
  4. Select the checkbox next to the risk or risks to add to the Risk Library.
  5. Select Add to Risk Library.
  6. In the Confirm dialog box, select Add to Risk Library.

Tip

  • This task can also be performed from the risk "" Context menu.
  • After a project risk is proposed for the Risk Library, a status indicator displays next to the Linked Library Risk ID column: Proposed, Rejected, or no indicator if the risk is approved.
