Add or Change Values in a List Configured Field
You can add values to a list configured field. You can also change values for certain list configured fields, even if they are already associated with multiple objects in the application. In the table of configured fields, the View Column Name field specifies the original field name. The Column Label field specifies the custom label entered by the user. By default, it matches the original field name. The Data Type column specifies the type of configured field.
Note You cannot change a list configured field value for microservice entities, such as programs, ideas, strategy, documents, files, and reports. If you attempt to change a value for a microservice entity, an error message displays.
To add or change a list configured field value:
- In the object selector, select
Workspace, select View Workspaces List, and then select a workspace name. - From the
Main Menu, select
