Import Roles from P6 EPPM

If Oracle Primavera Cloud is configured for integration with P6 EPPM using Primavera Gateway, you can import roles stored in P6 EPPM into Oracle Primavera Cloud. The import occurs at the root workspace level, enabling all child workspaces access to the role list.

If roles are configured hierarchically, the hierarchy will be maintained through the import. All role details, except for associations, will be imported.

To import roles from P6 EPPM:

  1. In the object selector, select the root workspace.
  2. In the sidebar, hover over Resources, and select Role List.
  3. Select Actions , and select the name of the import synchronization.
