Adding Form Elements to the General Tab

To add the form elements to the General tab:

  1. Select the General tab.
  2. In the Form toolbar, select the Input Field icon and drag it onto the form canvas.
  3. In the Select Fields dialog box, In the Available list, find and select the Name field, and then select Move Right.

    Usually, the fastest way to find a field is by typing it into the Search bar above the Available list.

  4. Find and select the Description field, and then select Move Right.
  5. Find and select the Status field, and then select Move Right.
  6. Select Select.
  7. Select the Name field.
  8. In the Properties: Field area, deselect Editable data.
  9. Select the Status field.
  10. In the Properties: Field area, deselect Editable data.
  11. Select Save.
