Set the Workflow as the Default Project Proposal Workflow

After you have created the workflow and all required forms, you have to tell Primavera Cloud to use this workflow whenever a user proposes a new project. This is a workspace-level setting.

To set the workflow as the default project proposal workflow:

  1. In the object selector, select the workspace where you made the workflow.
  2. In the sidebar, select Summary & Settings.
  3. On the Summary & Settings menu, select Defaults & Options, and then select Project.
  4. Select the Workflow Actions tab.
  5. In the Add Project Proposal Row, in the Workflow field, select Approve Project Proposal.
  6. Select Save.
  7. In the Summary & Settings panel, select Close.
