Adding the Workflow Design and Setting its General Properties

To add the Project Proposal Approval Workflow design and set its general properties:

  1. In the object selector, select a workspace.
  2. In the sidebar, hover over Workflows and Forms, and select Workflow Design.
  3. On the Workflow Design page, select Add.
  4. In the Workflow area, in the Name field, enter Project Proposal Approval.
  5. In the Description field, enter Approval process for project proposals.
  6. Select Save.
