Update an Owning Workspace for a Workflow Design

Update the owning workspace of a workflow design to move it to another workspace that you are assigned. If you move the design to a workspace that is higher in the workspace hierarchy, it will be available to more workspaces.

To update the owning workspace of a workflow design:

  1. In the object selector, select Workspace, select View Workspaces List, and then select a workspace name.
  2. From the Main Menu, select Workflows and Forms, and then select Workflow Design.
  3. On the Workflow Design page, select the Context menu next to a workflow design name, and then select Change Owning Workspace.
  4. In the Select Workspace dialog box, select the new owning workspace, and then select Select.
  5. Select Save.
