Appropriate a Fund

After a fund has been added or allocated to a project, a portion of that fund can be appropriated, meaning it is committed to work on the project.

To appropriate a portion of a fund:

In the object selector, select a project.
In the sidebar, hover over  Cost and Funds, and select Project Funds.
In the Status view, select a fund row.
In the Appropriated field, enter the portion of the fund that you want to commit to work on the project.
Select Save.

Tips

To add and remove columns on this view, select  Settings.
You can appropriate a time-phased fund for each period of its lifecycle on the Time Phase view.
