Download an Import Template for Importing Actuals

Download a Microsoft Excel template to use when importing actuals data.

To download an import template:

In the object selector, select a project.
In the sidebar, hover over  Cost and Funds, and select Actuals.
On the Actuals page, select Actions , and then select Download Import Template.

Tips

The import template is downloaded as a Microsoft Excel file with the default file name, ActualsImportTemplate.
The top two rows of the worksheet are required when importing data locations from a worksheet. Do not change the data in these rows.
