Strategic Alignment Overview

Strategies are defined top-down starting at the organizational level to ensure corporate-wide initiatives are included in a strategic plan. A hierarchy of initiatives can be defined to account for strategies important for all business units down to the operational level.

After strategies are defined, assess how your organization's projects align with those strategic goals. Use measures to monitor the quantitative performance of your projects against their aligned strategies. View measures for the projects in a workspace from the Strategy Scorecard.

On the Evaluation page, rank your projects, programs, and ideas based on categories defined at the workspace level. Evaluation scores can help you determine which objects to prioritize for execution.
