Define the Schedule of Values for the Contract

Once you have added a contract with some line items, you can define the schedule of values, which captures the payment schedule that will be used in payment applications associated with the contract.

To define the schedule of values for the contract:

  1. In the object selector, select a project.
  2. In the sidebar, hover over Contracts and Commitments, and select Contracts.
  3. In the table, select the contract for which you want to define the schedule of values.
  4. On the Contract Details page, select the Schedule of Values tab.

    The schedule of values table includes a group for each line item. You can add schedule of values items under each line item.

  5. By the line item to which you want to add a schedule of values item, select Settings, and then select Add.
  6. Add as many schedule of values items as you want to each line item.
  7. Select Save.
