Define the Schedule of Values for the Commitment

Once you have added a commitment with some line items, you can define the schedule of values, which captures the payment schedule that will be used in payment applications associated with the commitment.

To define the schedule of values for the commitment:

  1. In the object selector, select a project.
  2. In the sidebar, hover over Contracts and Commitments, and select Commitments.
  3. In the table, select the commitment for which you want to define the schedule of values.
  4. On the Commitment Details page, select the Schedule of Values tab.

    The schedule of values table includes a group for each line item. You can add schedule of values items under each line item.

  5. By the line item to which you want to add a schedule of values item, select Settings, and then select Add.
  6. Add s many schedule of values items as you want to each line item.
  7. Select Save.
