Monitor a Synchronization Job

Monitor running or completed synchronization jobs to determine the status of synchronizations and view their corresponding business flow step details. The Monitor page is only available for workspaces with a configured P6 EPPM or Microsoft Project connection.

Note: If you are using the Safari browser, before you download, you should first access your browser preferences and deselect the option to open safe files after downloading.

To monitor a synchronization job:

In the object selector, select a project or workspace.
In the sidebar, hover over  Integration, and select Monitor.
Expand a job to view the status of each step of the job.
Expand a job step, and then select a format, request, or response to view more detailed information.

Tips

To view job details, download a zip file containing the job details, delete a job, or delete cross-references related to the job, select the  Context menu next to a job.
Notes:
- The Delete cross-reference option only deletes the cross-references of the data related to this job, and not the data itself. Data previously sent using this cross-reference will continue to exist in the destination application.
- You can also delete all cross-references for data sent using a specific P6 EPPM connection.
For failed jobs, select Failed in the Status column to view further details about a job failure, including any captured error messages.
Select  Refresh to view the current list of synchronization jobs available for the project or workspace.
Select  Search to search for a synchronization job.
