Analyze Ideas Using the Investor Map

The Ideas investor map allows you to view ideas in a workspace configured by idea data. By configuring the bubbles by data important to decision makers, such as evaluation categories and status, decision makers can determine which ideas in a workspace to prioritize when creating project proposals.

To configure the investor map:

  1. In the object selector, select Ideas, and then select View All Ideas.
  2. Select a workspace from the list on the left.
  3. Select the Investor Map tab.
  4. Configure chart data:
    1. X-Axis and Y-axis: Select data to analyze across ideas.
    2. (Optional) Bubble Size: Select data that is used to determine the size of the idea bubbles.
    3. (Optional) Bubble Color: Select data that is used to determine the color of bubbles meeting certain criteria.
  5. In the View section, select options to further customize the chart display.
  6. Select Apply to view your changes.
  7. Select Save View to save the view on the investor map.

    Select Save View As to save the view to the View list.
