Withdraw an Accepted Idea

Withdraw an idea acceptance to open it for reevaluation and return it to a status of Owner Assigned.

To withdraw idea acceptance:

In the object selector, select an idea.
In the sidebar, select  Home.
Select the Action  menu, and then select Withdraw Acceptance.
(Optional) In the Withdraw Acceptance dialog box, complete the following fields:
- Reason: A justification for withdrawing the acceptance of the idea.
- Notify Users: One or more users to notify upon the acceptance withdrawal.
- Comment: A short description or note that will be sent to notified users.
Select Withdraw Acceptance.
Note: The status of the idea is automatically changed to Owner Assigned upon withdrawal of an accepted idea.

Tips

You can also withdraw an accepted idea using the  Context menu on the Idea List page.
