Configure Data Sorting for a Print Layout

You can configure sorting options for print layout data using the Print Layout Editor.

To configure data sorting for a print layout:

  1. In the object selector, select a workspace, project, portfolio, or program.
  2. In the sidebar, hover over Reports, and select Print Layouts.
  3. On the Print Layouts page, in the table, select a print layout, select the Context menu, and then select Edit.
  4. In the Print Layout panel, select Canvas View.
  5. On the report canvas, do the following to configure data sorting:
    1. Hover over a column header, and then select Sort Column.
    2. Select a sort order of Ascending, Descending, or None.

      Note: You can sort on multiple columns. A number next to the sort icon indicates the sort order of each sorted column in your subject area.

  6. Select Save.
  7. In the Print Layout panel, select Close.
