Download an Import Template for Importing Resources

Download a Microsoft Excel template to use when importing resources.

To download an import template:

Navigate to the workspace or project resources page
1. In the object selector, select a workspace or project.
2. In the sidebar, hover over  Resources, and select Resource List.
Select Actions , and then select Download Import Template.

Tips

The import template is downloaded as a Microsoft Excel file with the default file name ResourcesImportTemplate.
The top two rows of each worksheet are required when importing resources from a spreadsheet. You can delete unused optional columns, but do not change the data in these rows.
